User”, “the Customer”) and Le Rohill Parfums (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, purchasing our fragrances, or engaging with our services, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along
with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
1. Eligibility & Digital Consent
By using this Website, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• If you are under 18, you are using this Website under the strict supervision of a
parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• Your use of the Website does not violate any applicable law or regulation in India
or your country of residence.
2. Intellectual Property & Brand Integrity
The “Le Rohill Parfums” name, logo, proprietary fragrance formulas, bottle designs, artistic
photography, and storytelling content are the exclusive property of the Company.
• Protection: All content is protected by Indian and International copyright,
trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to access the site for personal shopping. You may not use our product descriptions,
brand name, or imagery for your own commercial gain (e.g., reselling on third-party
platforms) without our express written consent.
3. Product Authenticity and Descriptions
We strive for absolute accuracy in showcasing our artisanal fragrances. However:
• Sensory Experience: Fragrance is a subjective olfactory experience. Descriptions
(notes of Oud, Amber, etc.) are evocative and may be perceived differently based on
individual skin chemistry and environment.
• Visual Representation: Due to the nature of digital screens and artisanal
manufacturing, the color of the perfume liquid or the texture of the packaging may
vary slightly from the images shown.
• Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person,
geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case
basis.
4. Terms of Sale & Payment
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of GST/applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock
inaccuracies, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Le Rohill Parfums does not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.
5. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Returns
• Delivery: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery
to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or
postal strikes.
• Return Policy: Due to the hygiene and safety standards associated with cosmetic
products, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are
unsure of a scent, we highly recommend purchasing a “Discovery Set” or “Sample
Vial” first.
• Damages: Any claims for “Damaged on Arrival” must be submitted with an
unboxing video and photographic evidence to our support email within 48 hours of
delivery.
6. Health & Allergy Disclaimer
Le Rohill Parfums products contain natural and synthetic aromatic compounds (including but not
limited to essential oils and alcohol).
• User Responsibility: It is the user’s responsibility to perform a patch test before
full application.
• Liability: We are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or adverse
physical reactions resulting from the use of our products. If you have known
sensitivities, please review the ingredient list provided on the packaging.
7. Prohibited Conduct (Strict Enforcement)
To maintain the integrity of our digital boutique, you are strictly prohibited from:
• Data Scraping: Using automated systems to extract pricing or product data.
• Malicious Interference: Attempting to bypass security features or uploading
viruses.
• Brand Defamation: Posting false, malicious, or defamatory content regarding our
products or staff on public forums or social media.
• Commercial Resale: Purchasing products for the purpose of unauthorized
commercial resale or “decanting” for profit without a wholesale agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability

liabilities, and all costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your
misuse of the Website.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
• Mediation: Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to
resolve the dispute through informal negotiation for a period of 30 days.
