Perfumes are generally non-returnable due to their subjective nature. However, as a customer
friendly gesture, we offer a one-time exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Exchange Process

applicable exchange period. Email support at care@lerohill.com may be used if WhatsApp is
unavailable.
Once the exchange request is approved, we will share the exchange dispatch instructions and
shipping label, along with details on where to send the product.Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility Conditions
The product must be:
• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging with all seals intact
• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Products returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition may incur additional exchange
charges based on actual costs or may be rejected after inspection.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
All orders undergo quality checks prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is
damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must report the issue within 24 hours of
delivery.
Customers are required to provide:
• Clear photographs
• An uninterrupted unboxing video
Requests raised after the stipulated time or without the required proof will not be accepted.Once verified, we will provide an appropriate replacement as per policy.
