TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether
personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Le Rohill Parfums (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”), concerning your access to and use of our website www.lerohill.com as well as any other
media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise
connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound
by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are
expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its entire contents—including source code, databases,
functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the
“Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”)—are
owned or controlled by Le Rohill Parfums.
• Protection: The Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark
laws and various other intellectual property rights of India and international
conventions.
• Prohibited Use: No part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied,
reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed,
encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited
for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written
permission.
3. PRODUCTS AND PURCHASE POLICY
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications,
and details of the products available on the Site.
• Fragrance Subjectivity: You acknowledge that fragrance descriptions (e.g.,
“woody,” “floral,” “long-lasting”) are subjective. Le Rohill Parfums does not
guarantee that your personal perception of a scent will match the descriptions
provided.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to
discontinue any product at any time for any reason.
• Pricing Error: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical glitch, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Le Rohill Parfums are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to
you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• Delayed Delivery: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we are not
responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, customs clearance,
or “Acts of God” (weather, strikes, etc.).
5. RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the chemical composition and hygiene standards of perfumery:
• Final Sale: All fragrance sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges
based on “change of mind” or personal scent preference.
• Damaged Goods: If a bottle is damaged during transit, you must provide unboxing
video evidence and high-resolution photographs to care@lerohill.com within 48
hours of delivery.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once
the order has entered the processing/packaging stage, it cannot be cancelled.
6. HEALTH AND SAFETY (ALLERGY DISCLAIMER)
Our products contain aromatic compounds and essential oils.
• Patch Test: We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full
application.
• Liability: Le Rohill Parfums is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations or
adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing, you agree
that you have reviewed the ingredient list and are using the product at your own
risk.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site
available. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
• Systematically retrieving data or content to create or compile a collection,
compilation, database, or directory.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of
the Site.
• Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
• Using the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

Parfums without a formal wholesale/distribution agreement is a violation of these
terms.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will Le Rohill Parfums, or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any
third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive
damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or
products.
Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if
any, by you to us during the transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Le Rohill Parfums and
yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
10. Why this protects you better:
1. Unboxing Video Requirement: This is a standard practice in India to
prevent fraudulent “damaged item” claims.
2. Allergy Disclaimer: Protects you from lawsuits if a customer has sensitive
skin.
3. Fragrance Subjectivity: Prevents customers from demanding refunds just
because they “didn’t like the smell.”
4. Liability Cap: Limits your financial risk to only the cost of the order,
preventing massive lawsuits for “emotional distress” or other claims.
